They were total professionals from the beginning, starting with George. He explained all aspects of what they do and their materials. He answered all our questions knowledgeably and professionally.
They arrived on our scheduled date punctually. Gabriel was the foreman of the crew. He worked with us wonderfully – kept us informed with pictures and answered all our questions. July 4, 2024Next Generation Roofing was great to work with. Everyone I spoke to from start to finish was pleasant, professional and helpful. Wayne, Jeremy, Mike & his entire crew were awesome. I never felt blown off or like my questions were stupid. Wayne walked me through everything about what to expect going forward with the job and helped me narrow down colors and offered to show me many samples. (It's a big decision so I appreciated this a lot) Jeremy got me scheduled and stayed in contact so I knew what I had to do. A HUGE thank you to Mike & his crew, they were fantastic- they arrived early (due to impending bad weather & extreme heat), got the job done in great time, everything was explained to me, I was shown pictures, all of my questions were answered. The guys were respectful, polite and everything was cleaned up before they left. I didn't see a nail, piece of wood, shingle or plastic anywhere after they left. It was amazing. Kudos, Next Generation Roofing, you know how to do it right!!

We worked with Ryan for estimating our roof and he was great! He was thorough and explained what was needed to repair our rubber roofing. We were able to get scheduled and get it replaced quickly. Our foreman was Mike, who kept us updated during the whole process. The gentlemen that worked on our roof were efficient, skilled and kept our yard clean. They did our roof in one day with set up, the project and clean up. Highly recommend this company!

July 3, 2024FANTASTIC ALL THE WAY AROUND!! Pricing definately reasonable Timing, prompt Clean up was exceptional!!! Efficiency ......these guys have it all!! I haven't delt with a bussiness that i have been so pleased with in a long time. I had gotten 3 estimates last fall and was so disgusted with each one; I just put a tarp on for the winter. Not only pleased with wrk but I think it's fantastic that the bussiness offers " give backs" to their employees for appreciation. YOU REPUTATION ROCKS!

Our dealings with Next Generation Roofing were amazing from the start. They had to apply with our village due to codes on historic buildings and did this long before weather permitted roofing to start. The day arrived and so did a crew intent on getting the job done quickly. It was amazing said my neighbors!!! Very pleased with every step of the process.

June 26, 2024The whole experience with Next Generation Roofing was seamless. Ryan was easy to work with and thoroughly answered all of our questions, even after the roof on our house was completed. Jeremy, the employee who scheduled our roof installation, was also quite helpful! I asked for his input with shingle color during this call, and he arrived later that same day with a few larger samples of the shingle colors my husband and I were considering. The crew arrived at the planned time and were respectful of our house and property! Overall, we had a pleasant experience and would recommend this company to anyone!
