Customer Service Representative 

We are looking for a customer- oriented, experienced and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a CSR your main duty will be to focus on the success and growth of our existing customers and supporting all customers in a professional manner. 

Qualifications:

  • 1 Year customer service or related experience
  • Drivers license and own transportation
  • Excellent telephone and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Strong computer skills including proficiency in Google workspace and ability to learn new computerized systems and programs
  • Ability to work with diverse customers and colleagues
  • Positive and professional demeanor 

Responsibilities:

Not limited to – 

This position will have email and telephone contact with customers, internal team, dealers/distributors to support customer needs effectively, efficiently and in compliance with company procedure. 

  • Scheduling inspection(estimate) and evaluation of the property.
  • Interact with clients, foreman’s/work crews and sales reps to handle pre-sales and post sales service functions.
  • Provide customer service to customers that exceeds expectations to both internal and external clients.
  • Preparing customer documents ie: proposals/estimate, invoices
  • Preparing and/or distributing marketing materials.
  • Maintaining customer records ie: follow up calls, review requests, customer follow up notes and task
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions.
  • Handle customer complaints
  • Assist in marketing activities to achieve continued growth.

Material Handler

We are looking for a customer- oriented, experienced and motivated Material Handler to join our team. As a Material Handler your main duty will be to focus on the success and growth of install work-crew and supporting all customers in a professional manner. 

Qualifications:

  • 1 Year customer service or related experience
  • Drivers license and own transportation
  • Be able to operate or be trained on a forklift
  • The ability to lift 80-100 lbs
  • Excellent telephone and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Strong computer skills including proficiency in Google workspace and ability to learn new computerized systems and programs
  • Ability to work with diverse customers and colleagues
  • Positive and professional demeanor 

Responsibilities:

  • Organize and build materials order for each job
  • Keep shop clean, organized and stocked at all times
  • Deliver material when foreman may need something
  • Yard/lot maintenance
  • Provide customer service to customers that exceeds expectations to both internal and external clients.

Roofing Foreman

We are looking for a customer- oriented, experienced and motivated Roofing Foreman to join our team. As a Roofing Foreman your main duty will be to focus on the success and growth of your crew and supporting all customers in a professional manner.

Qualifications:

  • 5 year residential roofing experience
  • Drivers license and own transportation
  • Be able to tow a trailer
  • Operate a forklift and Equipter
  • Excellent telephone and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Strong computer skills including proficiency in Google workspace and ability to learn new computerized systems and programs
  • Ability to work with diverse customers and colleagues
  • Positive and professional demeanor

Responsibilities:

  • Managing all communications with customer and work-crew
  • Running an Equipter on job site for the work-crew
